Who you are dealing with

MarqBrain is a product of Onwords, a company based in India.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older and using MarqBrain for a business.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• Only add websites, files and accounts you are allowed to use.

Your content stays yours

You own what you put into MarqBrain and what it makes for you: your Brand Brain, plans, posters and reports. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you. You are responsible for checking what you publish; MarqBrain makes drafts and suggestions, and AI output can be wrong.

Fair use

Please do not use MarqBrain to:

• break the law, or anyone's rights, including trademarks and copyright;
• create misleading, hateful or unsafe content;
• overload, scrape, reverse engineer or attack the service;
• break the rules of platforms you connect, such as Meta.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid checkout is not open yet. Reserving a founding price is free and does not commit you to buy. When paid plans open, plans are paid monthly or yearly, rupee prices are before GST, you can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Pilot and coming-soon features

Features marked Pilot or Coming soon may change, have limits, or be withdrawn. We will tell you before removing anything you rely on.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep MarqBrain running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees of results such as sales or ad performance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using MarqBrain and delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
