Delete your data

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Sign in at app.marqbrain.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Brands and remove the brand you no longer want, or delete files and results inside it.
4. To delete your whole workspace or account, ask us as described below and we do it for you.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, or you want a demo result or your email removed, use our contact form. Choose “Delete my data” and tell us the email you used and, if you have it, the link to your result. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

MarqBrain reads only the Pages, Instagram business accounts and ad accounts you chose to connect: profile and post details, insights, and ad performance such as spend and results. We store what we need to show your reports and recommendations, and we never sell it.

1. Disconnect Meta in the app under Settings, Integrations. This stops all further reading.
2. You can also remove MarqBrain in Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select MarqBrain and remove it.
3. To delete the Meta data we already stored, remove the brand in the app, or ask us as above.

What gets deleted

• Your Brand Brains, post plans, posters and reports.
• Files you uploaded, such as ad exports and sales sheets.
• Data read from connected Meta accounts, and the access tokens for them.
• Your account and email, if you delete your account.

We may keep a minimal record that a deletion happened, and anything the law requires us to keep. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
